What I built

A parent picks a card and a waiting time, then starts the countdown. An hourglass animates on the screen. When the time ends, an animation plays: the child can have what they were waiting for.

  • A catalog of ready-made cards, plus custom cards that can be added, removed, and edited.
  • Sorting by popularity and by group, including new groups.
  • Favourite cards.
  • A history of waits.
  • Starting a wait from a quick photo.
  • Landscape and portrait, phones and tablets.

The First–Then scenario starts with cards for a task or several tasks, then a reward card the child receives after every task is done.
